With reference to your concern, we would like to inform that we provide 100% replacement for major manufacturing defects highlighted to us within the warranty period as per company policy. However, no cash refund is allowed once the article is purchased.
How do I return a package?
For your convenience, the Return Form includes a Return Label that you may use when shipping the package back to us. Simply attach the label to the outside of your package. Our esteemed courier partner will collect from your place of delivery.

In the event where there are defects in the Product (attributable to, and accepted by Femora after due verification at its sole discretion), a User may initiate a request for returning the Product on the Platforms. The User shall initiate such requests for a return not later than 10 (ten) days from the date on which he/she received the delivery of the Product
The User will be required to produce a copy of the original invoice at the time of placing a request for return or exchange of Products. The User shall ensure that the Product(s) being returned comply with the conditions set out under this Return and Refund Policy and are, among other conditions, unused, intact, all packaging material undamaged and unused. If a product has been authorized for a return by www.femora.in, the customer has 7 business days in which to make the return. A Return Number will be provided by www.femora.in dependent on the damage or fault. Upon receiving this number the customer must return the product(s) within 7 days. No refund, store credit or replacement will be provided until the faulty or damaged product or products are received for evaluation by www.femora.in.
If a product has been authorized for a return by www.femora.in, you (the customer) must ensure the product or products are carefully wrapped and securely packaged to avoid any further possible damage. This must be accompanied by the purchase receipt. We advise you (the customer) to use a courier company that can provide you (the customer) with a tracking number for the return. The customer will be liable for the shipping cost involved when returning the product/products.
If a product has been authorized for a return by www.femora.in, the product or products must be in the same condition in which you received them and the product or products must be unopened, not used.
